LOS ANGELES-Newtwork Automation, a provider of information technology and business software, has expanded its headquarters by 25% and relocated to 3530 Wilshire Blvd. in a seven-year lease for 14,878 square feet. The company says that the opening of its new headquarters corresponds with a continued expansion in which revenue has grown by 30%.
The new Network Automation space is on the 18th floor of the 391,000-square-foot, 18-story 3530 Wilshire Blvd. building, which is owned by L.A.-based Jamison Properties. Network Automation, which formerly occupied 8,974 square feet in the Wiltern Theater building at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue, was represented by SVP Nathan Pellow of Colliers International in the lease, terms of which were not disclosed. Asking rates for the building are $1.95 per square foot per month, full service, according to a Loopnet listing.

According to company founder and chief software architect Dustin Snell, and recently appointed CEO Gary Bishop, the new space will accommodate the recent 25% growth in its tech support team and provides for an additional projected 50% increase in staff for the tech firm, which serves more than 10,000 clients in over 40 countries.
Specifically, Bishop commented that the company has increased its growth rate to address the demand for its AutoMate automation software, which transforms and combines on-premise servers (virtual and physical), cloud resources and devices into highly automated and integrated business processing systems. The company, which was founded in 2004, needed the additional space as it adds more staff to keep pace with its growth, he said.
