Oakmont Insurance Agency has signed a 1,647-square-foot lease; Hill & Frank has renewed a 1,855-square-foot lease; Zenith Wealth Management has renewed a 1,820-square-foot lease; and AZ Commercial Properties, Farris & Associates, Reliant Commercial, Steven L. Jarnigan, Perry Zieben Realty, Tom S. Bell and Wayne Vitale have renewed a 3,185-square-foot lease.
