HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis and Hunington Properties have brokered a lease deal for a retail space in Katy, Texas. Smart Drinks has signed a lease with PMT Partners IV for 1,693 square feet of retail space at Cinco Ranch Village Shopping Center located at 23144 Cinco Ranch Blvd.
In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Mark Raines, Matt Keener and Russell Janicek with CB Richard Ellis, while the landlord was represented by GiGi Strang and Philip Mullett with Hunington Properties.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
