HOUSTON-Southwest Realty Advisors has negotiated a build-to-suit deal in Houston. Dan-An International Co. has acquired a 4.25-acre site in Kennedy Greens Business Park situated in north Houston.
Dan-An International has bought the tract from C-2 Kennedy Green. Clay Development & Construction will construct an office/warehouse spanning 50,225 square feet on the site. Marc Drumwright of Southwest Realty Advisors handled the build-to-suit transaction and represented Dan-An International in the land deal.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
