PARSIPPANY, NJ—Veteran leasing and tenant rep professional Walter Wolf has joined Colliers International’s New Jersey office as a managing director. During the past five years alone, Wolf structured real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $40 million, Colliers says.
“We’re thrilled to have Walter on our team,” says Bob Martie, executive VP of Colliers’ New Jersey Region. “With his depth of experience working for tenants both in the government and private sectors, his skills will be increasingly important as we grow our existing business and bring in new clients. Walter is a consummate professional.”
Wolf previously worked for the General Services Administration in New York City, representing the FBI, DEA and the US District Courts (among other key governmental branches). He also leased and managed 26 Federal Plaza, a 1.6-million-sf complex, and 6 World Trade Center, a 900,000-sf complex. He also has served with Grubb & Ellis, Insignia/ESG and CB Richard Ellis.
“Hiring Walter Wolf is another example of our ongoing expansion plans, bringing in top talent from across the industry,” says Joseph Caridi, COO of Colliers International’s Tri-State Region. “We have added more than 50 new professionals over the past year, and we are still growing."
