TAMPA, FL-A foreclosure lawsuit has been filed against the Mayfair Hotel and Spa, a condo-hotel consisting of 179 units at 300 Florida Ave. An associate of Palm Beach-based Ceebraid-Signal Corp. has been hit with the foreclosure suit.
In November, CSC Mayfair Land signed a mortgage extension contract with Resource Real Estate Funding. The lender lengthened the maturity of the loan to September 2011.
