MIAMI-HeartWare, Inc. has inked a lease for a new facility measuring 131,000 square feet at 14000-14050 NW 57th Court in Miami Lakes. It has leased the facility from The Easton Group and Marcus Partners, the owners of the property.
HeartWare will use the facility for research and development, administrative and manufacturing operations. Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Lee Kastikos with The Kastikos Group and Jim Armstrong with The Easton Group represented the owners.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
