WEST PALM BEACH, FL-NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Inc. was named the exclusive leasing broker for Emerald View at Vista Center, a 139,000-square-foot Class A office complex on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. KBS Realty Advisors Inc. purchased the complex in mid-December from Procacci Development Corporation for $36 million.
