DALLAS-Carrollton-based Now Specialties Inc. has expanded its 10,089-square-foot lease of production, warehouse and corporate headquarters space in Dallas. The firm has leased 45,178 square feet at Country Club Place, a three-building project off Belt Line Road.
The expansion will make Now Specialties the largest tenant at Country Club Place. Brian Pafford of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
