AUSTIN, TX-Austin-based Cypress Real Estate Advisors Inc. is developing a new mixed-use development proposed on South First Street located just north of Ben White Boulevard. Oak Meadows Apartments, the new project at 3715 S. First St., will comprise 4,700 square feet of retail space and 336 multifamily units.
