PALM BEACH, FL-The Palm Beach County Bar Association has acquired the former Denny's restaurant located at 1507 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach to house its new headquarters. The association has acquired Denny's, a 5,800-square-foot restaurant, from Commercial Net Lease Realty for $834,500.
The lawyer's group will convert the dinning room into a classroom and the facility will also have executive offices and a conference room. Mark Pateman with Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of the association.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
