JACKSONVILLE, FL-Sperry Van Ness has closed the sale of former Hercules Corporate Offices. Ashland Oil has sold the center situated at 7510 Baymeadows Way in Jacksonville to Fort Lauderdale-based Red Apple Development LLC for $5,800,000.
The building is currently undergoing improvements and will be opened as the Duval Charter School at Bay Meadows in August. In the deal, the seller was represented by Bruce CB Richard Ellis, while the buyer was represented by Sperry Van Ness.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
