SAN DIEGO-Voit Real Estate Services has completed the sale of an industrial land in downtown San Diego. George Khouli from Payless Car Rental has purchased the industrial land measuring 20,000 square feet at 1002 W. Juniper St. from Bayview Inn Partners LP for an amount of $1.15 million.
The land was previously utilized as a parking place for Greyhound buses. Rex Huffman from Voit's San Diego office negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
