CHICAGO-Westwood College, an affiliate of Denver-based Alta College Inc., is relocating its Loop campus to 1 N. State St. The for-profit education company has leased nearly 50,000 square feet in the high-rise office building from Stonewater Partners.
Westwood, which currently occupies four floors at 17 N. State St., will relocate to a single-floor space at 1 N. State by the end of this year. Peter Livaditis of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the tenant in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
