DALLAS-AREA Property Partners has sold Northpark Central, a 491,083-square-foot office building, to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for an amount of $64.4 million. The firm owned the office tower through the medium of one of its funds.
AREA bought the Northpark Central office tower in 1996 from Connecticut General Life for $53.8 million. The property is approximately 90% leased. Brokers from Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller in the deal. The new owner has selected Transwestern to lease and manage the building.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
