
JACKSONVILLE, FL-Massachusetts-based Aspen Square Management has acquired Jacksonville condominiums for $6.15 million. The company has purchased 197 of 250 condos at Bella Terraza on Monument Road in a lender-mediated deal.
Acquisitions partner Oleg Kofman has said that Aspen Square is planning to sell the units as rentals or condominiums. In Jacksonville, Aspen Square owns Lakewood Village off San Jose Boulevard and Addison Landing on 103rd Street.
