FLORHAM PARK, NJ–National law firm Wilson Elser is relocating its primary New Jersey office from Newark to a larger space at 200 Campus Dr. here. The relocation is set to take place on April 1. The firm will keep an office in Newark but intends to move 60 attorneys to 48,255 square feet at the Park Avenue office complex. Wilson Elser held some 42,892 sf at the Newark space, 33 Washington Ave.
“Wilson Elser is growing nationally and in New Jersey,” explained James Crawford Orr, managing partner of the firm’s New Jersey office. “This new larger, more efficient office space will facilitate and accommodate our growth in the Garden State.”
Newmark Knight Frank represented Wilson Elser in the lease. The landlord, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
