CHICAGO-Charming Charlie Inc., a retailer based in Houston, is continuing its expansion in the Chicago area. This summer, the retailer is planning to open an 8,609-square-foot store at the Shops at North Bridge, a 377,553-square-foot shopping center at 520 N. Michigan Ave.
Charming Charlie will replace Crocs Footwear, Chicago Sports, Three Dog Bakery, Ta-Ze Olives & Olive Oil and Kooky Children's Shop at North Bridge. The Nordstrom-anchored mall, co-owned by Santa Monica, California-based Macerich Co., is 83% leased.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
