NEW YORK CITY-FA Capital Management is relocating from a 5,000-square-foot office space at 1350 Avenue of the Americas this summer to a larger space at 601 Lexington Avenue. The management services firm has subleased 15,932 square feet on the Boston Properties-owned office building from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

In the sublease deal, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis's Matthew McBride, while Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer was represented by Studley's Jared Stern and David Goldstein.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
