PHOENIX-Great Hearts Academy has purchased the former regional headquarters of Motorola Inc. from Scottsdale-based 3102 N56 LLC for about $6 million. The nonprofit acquired the 142,000-square-foot building and the enclosing land at 3102 N. 56th St.
Great Hearts Academy is planning to open its Archway Classical Academy in the new location for the 2011-12 school year. The nonprofit will also relocate its headquarters to the former Motorola site.
