NEW YORK CITY-Korea-based Hair Party 24 Hours is opening its second Manhattan location. The company has signed a lease for 12 years with Moinian Group for 1,300 square feet on the ground floor of 450 Park Ave. South situated between East 30th and East 31st streets.
The deal also includes 1,500 square feet in the basement. Asking rent was $220 per square foot. The new location will be opened this fall. Winick Realty Group represented both the parties in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
