BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Craig and Randy Tulepan from Tulepan Management and Development, LLC have announced signing of a new lease deal for a retail space in Palm Beach. International House of Pancakes has signed a lease for 10 years for 3,500 square feet of outparcel space at the Catalina Centre.
