CORAL SPRINGS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has directed the note sale for a two-building, 89,114-square-foot Class A office campus at 11555-11575 Heron Bay Blvd. Ivy Heron Bay, LLC has purchased the Heron Bay Corporate Center I & II note from Investor's Warranty of America.
