FORT MYERS, FL-J.L. Wallace Inc. has finished Phase I of Esperanza Place Apartments. The housing project is developed for Immokalee farm workers.
J.L. Wallace has completed the project for Florida Non-Profit Services, Inc. The development includes three two-story multifamily buildings for 47 families. The size of apartments ranges from 800 square feet for one-bedroom units to 1,350 square feet for three-bedroom units.
