NEW YORK CITY-Marc Roth has signed a lease for 10 years with Pellavi Patel for 2,800 square feet of space at 208 E. 58th St. situated between Second and Third avenues. The restaurateur has signed deal for 1,800 square feet on the mezzanine floor and 2,500 square feet in the basement.
Asking rent was $77 per square foot. The new restaurant, to be opened in May, will be called Marx. Square Foot Realty represented both the parties in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
