BALTIMORE-San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired an industrial building measuring 135,000 square feet at 8441 Dorsey Run Road in Jessup. The company has purchased the property from from BJF Realty LLC for $5.8 million.
This is the first deal for Terreno in the region of Baltimore-Washington, DC. Sterling Moving and Storage has leased 44% of the building, while the remaining property is available for lease.
