SAN FRANCISCO-Three tenants have signed lease deals at Belvedere Place, an office building measuring 100,000 square feet at 1 and 2 Belvedere Place in Mill Valley. Bently Holdings owns as well as manages the property.
High Tower Holding LLC has leased 1,800 square feet, the Pearson Foundation has leased 9,015 square feet and Belvedere Global Investors LLC has leased 744 square feet in the office building.
