NEW YORK CITY-Toronto-based Torys is moving from 237 Park Ave. to Sixth Avenue. The Canadian law firm has inked a lease for 16 years for more than 34,000 square feet of space at 1114 Sixth Ave.

Torys will occupy space on the concourse floor and the entire 23rd floor in the Grace Building, owned by Brookfield Office Properties. Mirek Fajt, along with brokers from CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International, represented his company, while the landlord had in-house representation in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
