ORLANDO-Winter Park Construction has started developing Sonata at Melbourne, a 161,000-square-foot rental retirement community in Melbourne. The $14-million project will offer assisted living, memory care assisted living and independent living.
The main building will have 127 living units and include other amenities such as an elegant dining room, exam room, fitness and wellness center, library, a movie theater, barber, beauty parlor and full space services.
