NEW YORK CITY-ACC Apparel has leased 13,350 square feet of space at 1369 Broadway situated on the corner of 37th Street. It will occupy three floors in the building.
The asking rent for the space was $40 per square foot. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Abe Labaton from Vicus Partners, while David Sitt and Ralph Sitt from Sitt Asset Management represented landlord in-house.For the full story, go to New York Post.
