STAMFORD, CT-Another CoCo Key Water resort has been sold in Waterbury, Connecticut through an auction. A group that includes Hexagon Investments and Wave Development, the Milwaukee investors, is retaining the CoCo Key properties.
The auction for 10 CoCo Key-branded resorts and hotels was handled by Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle.
