TAMPA, FL-Hendricks & Partners has announced the sale of an apartment property in Tampa. Nashville, Tennessee-based Covenant Capital Group LLC has acquired Crosswinds Apartment Homes, a 208-unit apartment property at 500 110th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg, from Chicago-based Equity Residential for $13.1 million.
Equity Residential purchased the property in 1997 for $7.2 million. The property contains 13 two-story garden-style structures on 18.5 acres.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
