ORLANDO-The Industrial Brokerage team from Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. has negotiated a new lease deal in Orlando. Event Productions has signed a lease for six years for 30,000 square feet at 1930 Commerce Oak Ave. situated in the Silver Star submarket.
