WASHINGTON, DC-Falcon Nest LLP has purchased a 21.6-acre parcel at Westfields Corporate Center from Seven Hills Corp. for an amount of $4.6 million. The company will move forward with its plan to construct a three- to four-building project on the development site.
The developer is planning to construct 300,000 to 400,000 square feet of office space on the site located just south of the Westfields Boulevard intersection in Fairfax County. Jones Lang LaSalle represented both the parties in the deal.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
