NEW YORK CITY-Hunt Slonem, an artist and collector, is expanding and moving his operations from 545 W. 45th St. to 509 W. 34th St. He has signed a 10-year lease for 22,500 square feet in the four-story industrial building owned by Sherwood Equities.
Hunt Slonem will occupy the entire third-floor space in the building. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Carri Lyon with Cushman & Wakefield, while Fred Rosenberg with Sherwood represented his company.For the full story, go to New York Post.
