CHARLOTTE, NC-Spartanburg, South Carolina-based HVM, the operator of Extended Stay Hotels in Canada and in the US, will relocate its headquarters to Charlotte. The company is planning to lease for 63,000 square feet of space in the Everett building situated in Ballantyne Corporate Park in south Charlotte.
The company will invest $3.6 million in its new headquarters facility. Campbell Walker, Carter Houchins, Jubal Early and Ted Haley with Lincoln Harris are negotiating for HVM, while Barry Fabyan is representing The Bissell Cos.For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal.
