NEW YORK CITY-MedRite Urgent Care is opening a new medical clinic at 919 Second Avenue. Samuel Fisch, the owner of MedRite, has signed a lease for 15 years with a five-year lease option.
The property owner has accepted to do a build-out of the leased space. The asking rent for the upstairs was around $200. Lori Shabtai and Tatiana Jung-Voevodina from Winick Realty negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
