DENVER-MIG Real Estate, a California-based real estate investment firm formerly known as Stoneridge Capital Partners, has acquired the I-225 Plaza, a five-building, 190,000-square-foot plaza at 13900 E. Florida Ave. and 1600-1690 S. Abilene St. in Aurora. The company has purchased the plaza from First Industrial LP.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but a person familiar with the transaction said that the property was sold for $7.225 million. T.J. Smith with Colliers International represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
