ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed a new lease deal in Orlando on behalf of Columbus, Ohio-based Airport Investment Properties LLC, the property owner. Orlando-based Ultimate Power Martial Arts & Fitness Center has leased 10,500 square feet of space at Airport Industrial Center at 7480 Narcoossee Road from Airport Investment Properties.
