DENVER-Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has closed the sale of a multifamily property in Denver. East West Apartments LLC has sold the Winrock Apartments, a 64-unit multifamily complex at 906-1094 South St., to Winrock Properties LLC for $4.225 million or about $66,016 per unit.
