PITTSBURGH-PNC Financial Services Group Inc. has signed a lease for an additional 75,000 square feet of space in the North Side facility, currently operating as Allegheny Center Corporate Office Complex. In 2009, PNC had leased 320,000 square feet at the North Side complex.
The main complex comprises 800,000 square feet of former shopping center presently functioning as an office property. Andrew Miller and Jeremy Kronman of CB Richard Ellis handled the lease deal. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times.
