PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Gulfstream Goodwill Industries has closed two deals for more than $2.3 million. The company has sold the old Lighthouse for the Blind Building measuring 22,000 square feet at 7810 S. Dixie Highway in Lake Worth for $650,000 to SEACO III.
In another deal, Gulfstream has leased 12,800 square feet of space at 1101 S. US 1 in Stuart for 10 years. It has signed the deal with Aaron Rents for $1,660,000. Reichel Realty & Investment represented Gulfstream in both deals.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
