NEW YORK CITY-TIAA-CREF has shifted a 49.99% stake in 685 Third Ave. to the Melbourne, Australia-based Future Fund Board of Guardian for $100.3 million. The company has transferred the interest through a joint venture.

TIAA has also transferred 0.2% of interest to 125 Unit Holders. The company purchased the 31-story building in August from Pfizer for an amount of $190 million.
