MILWAUKEE-Oak Creek-based Allstates Trucking Inc. is leasing an industrial space measuring 63,800 square feet at 1400 International Drive in Mount Pleasant from Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate. The company's new lease deal completely fills the 125,000-square-foot industrial building situated within the Park 94 business property of HSA.
Earlier in January, Menomonee Falls-based Maysteel LLC occupied the other half of the property. In February, HSA Commercial sold a 323,600-square-foot building in Park 94 to an Italian company, Seda International Packaging.For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee.
