PRINCETON, NJ-Angelo, Gordon & Co. and New York-based Vantage Properties and have formed a joint venture to purchase about 2,200 multifamily rental units near Princeton in New Jersey from American International Group Inc. for nearly $245 million. The buyers, who have signed an agreement to buy the rental properties, are now planning to improve units at two Plainsboro apartment complexes and four center New Jersey complexes.
