TAMPA, FL-Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT has brokered the sale of an industrial building in east Tampa. California-based Aurora Bank FSB has sold the industrial building measuring 11,000 square feet at 2711 58th St. N. to DSR Property Holdings LLC for $390,000 or about $35.45 per square foot.
The facility, constructed in 1974, includes roughly 3,400 square feet of office space. Karl "Dee" Maret and Tom Brice of CBC NRT represented the bank, while Waymon O. Seber represented the buyer in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
