JACKSONVILLE, FL-Flowers Baking Company of Jacksonville LLC, a subsidiary of Thomasville, Georgia-based Flowers Foods, has received a building permit from the city of Jacksonville to construct a $1.2-million distribution center on an existing building site on the Southside. Atlanta-based HCI Construction LLC will construct the new distribution center for Flowers Baking.
The new facility measuring 12,450 square feet will be constructed at 3007 St. Johns Bluff Road S. Flowers already has a location at 2261 W. 30th St.For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal.
