WASHINGTON, DC-New York-based Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, which was looking to expand its Washington, DC office, has just signed a lease for its expansion. The firm has leased another 16,000 square feet at 700 Sixth St. NW.
The law firm inked a 15-year pre-lease deal for 85,000 square feet at the office building in 2007 when the building was underway, and moved into it in mid-2009. With the new lease, the firm has expanded its office space to 101,475 square feet.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
