OAKLAND, CA-Leeward Ventures has purchased the Fontana Lee East Apartments, an apartment property consisting of 22 units near Lake Merritt in Adams Point, Oakland. The investor has bought the property from 290 Lee Street LLC for $3.075 million, or about $146 per square foot and $139,772 per unit.
