SEATTLE-Foster City, California-based Legacy Partners has sold Queen Anne Square, a 155,766-square-foot office complex at 200 and 220 Mercer Street near Seattle Center, to Stockbridge Capital Group for $34 million. The office complex comprises two buildings with covered parking space on two floors.
The complex is more than 95% leased. Legacy was represented by Ann Chamberlin, Lori Hill and Stuart Williams of Pacific Real Estate Partners, while Stockbridge had in-house representation in the deal.For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal.
